Technology at any Age

I bought a video iPod. I showed my daughter, who was 2 years at the time, one of her movies that I placed on the iPod. I was amazed - she took over the iPod! I loved how at even the early age of 2 she was able to use the technology. For Christmas that year she received her own Fisher Price FP3 and Fisher Price Digital Camera and by the end of the day already took over 100 pictures. Won't say they were all good but she learned how to delete really quickly.

Will Richardson workshop

I have been attending a workshop with Will Richardson about Blogs, Wikis, and Podcasts. We are going to be writing curriculum this summer for a 9th grade technology course and we definately need to change the course to be using more 21st Century Skills. Here are some of the items that I would like to discuss about incorporating into a 9th grade technology course:

• Wikipedia
• Safety – myspace and their future
http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/
• Website evaluation
